Re: Towers Financial

Dear Mr. Baharara,

The Towers investors are organized. We have been following the evidence and know that Steven Hoffenberg has located our restitution. We need for you to meet with him to settle this longstanding case. He has information which will assist you as well.

What are you waiting for? Get this case closed and off your desk. I need the original investment returned to me. We all need our investments returned to us. Hoffenberg has spent long enough in prison! It is time for you to work with us and Hoffenberg to settle this matter. Please do the right thing and meet with Mr. Hoffenberg. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Marsha M. Hamilton

RE: Docket #10-2844, Steven Hoffenberg.

This letter is to request that you please meet with Mr. Steven Hoffenberg to discuss restitution to defrauded Towers Financial Services’ investors.
Mr. Hoffenberg was tasked with making restitution while in prison. He has said that he has located the Towers’ assets, but he has been prevented from distributing them.

Mr. Hoffenberg has asked to meet with you to discuss restitution. I believe this is little to ask if it will facilitate making the investors even partially whole. I am an elderly widow and would like to see at least some of my investment returned.

Mr, Hoffenberg was sentenced without benefit of trial or jury, so many facts in the case never saw the light of day. Therefore, please meet with him to discuss recompense and to expedite the return of our assets.
Thank you for your assistance.

Sincerely,

Kalma M. Koenig

Dear Mr. Bharara,

Regarding the Towers Bankruptcy Case

We live in an age of greed, gross financial fraud, and outright criminality when it comes to the different layers of government. Having followed carefully the case of the Towers bankruptcy, there is no doubt that great injustice was done to not only Mr. Hoffenberg but to the many many Towers investors. Unfortunately the true story of the Towers saga was swept under the carpet, and the New York Attorney Office has now for years been guilty of a mammoth cover-up.

Mr. Hoffenberg, despite interminable roadblocks to information, has been able to locate the funds rightfully belonging to me and other scores of hapless investors. The prosecution has cleverly, through bribes, it is reported, moved the investors’ money around so it could not be located. This is too horrible for words to describe. It is horrendous.

Now that a tenacious Mr. Hoffenberg has located these funds, justice must at last go forward. The guilty should be punished and the investors after over 17 years should be reimbursed. Let’s get on with it as expeditiously as possible. Enough is enough.

This is an opportunity for you to bring honor back to your office. Stand tall and do what is right. This great country right now unfortunately is under assault by what I believe is a misguided if not outright corrupt government. May your office help to restore some measure of dignity to the justice system of this nation. If you act justly, it will not go unnoticed. Of that you can be assured.

We investors and Mr. Hoffenberg plead with you to do what is right.
And please meet with Mr. Hoffenberg as soon as possible. Many eyes are watching.

Most sincerely,

Irving Kennedy

Dear Mr. Bharara,

Re: Hoffenberg vs. U.S. #10-2844, Inmate Hoffenberg #SJH #35601054

I am writing you as a former investor in Towers Financial run by Steven Hoffenberg and am requesting that you please meet with Mr. Hoffenberg to discuss restitution to defrauded Towers’ investors.

Even though Mr. Hoffenberg was tasked with making restitution while in prison and has located the Towers assets he has been prevented from distributing those assets.

He has asked to meet with you to discuss restitution and, as a retiree, am requesting you please meet with him so that I and other investors can hopefully recover some of our assets. Mr. Hoffenberg was sentenced without benefit of trial or jury so many facts in the case were never brought forth.

Thank you for your attention to this very important matter.

Very truly yours,

Robert B. Goodman
